Order delivery time :

Orders are usually shipped within 1-2 business days. Please note that orders received after 2:00 PM Japan time will be shipped the following business day. We do not ship on weekends. Orders received during the New Year holidays, weekends, or public holidays may be delayed. Orders will be delivered by Yamato Transport.

Track your order :

Shima Okinawa will send you a notification email when your order is confirmed on the Shima Okinawa website and when it leaves our warehouse. The email will include a Yamato Transport tracking link so you can track your order. If you do not receive your order by the estimated Yamato Transport delivery date, or if you suspect it may be lost or undelivered, please contact us at hello@shimaokinawa.com within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will respond as soon as possible.
