Shipping fee:

Free shipping for orders over 6,030 yen. For orders under 6,030 yen, there will be a shipping charge of 1,000 yen (1,200 yen for delivery to Hokkaido, Kyushu, and Okinawa). Customers who have set up a subscription will be notified separately via email. Please note that these new rules will be applied on a rolling basis.

Order delivery time :

Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days. Please note that orders received after 2pm Japan time will be shipped the next business day. We do not ship on weekends. Orders received during the holidays, weekends, or holidays may experience shipping delays. The ordered products will be delivered by Yamato Transport.

Track your order :

Shima Okinawa will send you a notification email when your order on the Shima Okinawa website is confirmed and when it is shipped from our warehouse. The email will contain a Yamato Transport tracking link so you can track your order. If you do not receive your order on the estimated delivery date by Yamato Transport, or if your order may be lost or undelivered, please contact us at hello@shimaokinawa.com within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will respond as soon as possible.
