This yogurt-flavored beauty and fitness whey protein blend makes a quick mixed berry smoothie , perfect for pre- or post-run nutrition .

Ingredients and amounts (per serving)

  • 120g fresh or frozen mixed berries
  • Water or milk: 200ml (almond/oat milk is also acceptable)
  • Beauty & Fitness Whey Protein Blend : 3 tablespoons (approximately 25g)
  • Ice: 3-4 pieces (optional)

How to make it

  1. Add liquid, protein, berries, and ice to the blender in this order.
  2. Blend for 30-45 seconds until smooth
  3. Pour into a glass and it's done
